2007 Thanksgiving Turkey Shoot

(And 3rd Annual Craft Fair)

Sunday, November 4th, 2007

9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Prizes - Cash Prizes, Drawings,

and Turkeys!

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Rifle/Pistol Events will include

(1) Chance Drawings

(2) Pistol Shoot - String Break @ 50 Feet FOR A TURKEY
                - Fun shooting after the last turkey is won (no more turkey prizes).
                - Your gun and ammo or ours.

(3) Rifle Shoot - String Break @ 100 Yards
                  - Fun shooting for juniors ( and adults after the last turkey has been won).
                  - Your gun and ammo or ours.

(4) Western Shoot - Rifle and pistol (SASS approved guns and ammo)
                       - Your guns and ammo or ours.

(5) Hi Score shotgun event at the rifle range
                       - Club Shotgun and shells


Note: If you have eye and ear protection, please bring it.

The club can supply equipment for those that do not have the equipment.


Your Trap Committee in Support Of The Turkey Shoot Events

will sponsor a combination turkey shoot with a 50 Bird Event Trap Shoot.

The Trap Program will start with a 50 Target Lewis, Followed by 10 Target Trap, Protection, Stepbacks, Elimination, Quail Walk, Handicap (distance) various yardage

Splatter Cards will be shot

on the hour all day

Trap - 50 Bird Lewis

Cost: Total $15.00 ($5.00 Targets - $5.00 Prizes and $5.00 for Lewis Purse)

Three (3) Classes - divided 60% - 40% - High Gun

Food and Refreshments Will Be Available at a Nominal Fee

The club can supply equipment for those that do not have the equipment.


Country Pond Fish and Game Club will Furnish All Targets!!

So, Come on Down, Bring your Wife, Mother, Father, Grandma, Girlfriend, Sister, Uncle, Friends, Children, Whomever you wish to try to win a TURKEY with for your Thanksgiving table.

There is no rain date as we have cover and heat for all events.

The Turkey shoot is open to the public. Costs are different for all the events.

We have a Turkey target made up and when you break the string a wooden Turkey falls!

No turkeys are harmed during this event!

(Except those that were already frozen)
